This is the best groomer in Cuyahoga falls/Stow area. Lisa goes above and beyond for our Evie and Lily. Our girls always come out in a great mood and always know what it means when we mention it's time to go see Lisa. They get happy and we can tell she takes great care of our girls by this. We couldn't be happier with the bathing and cuts they get at their spa days. Thank you so much from the Messenger's.

Cassie is absolutely wonderful. I have a miniature Poodle who needs some extra time and attention to gain your trust. She was a retired puppy mill breeder, and has not had good experiences with people outside of Her Inner Circle, Cassie takes the time, works at her pace, and makes her and I feel comfortable. I love the updates throughout the grooming process and the pictures too. works with her and grooms her to look like the cutest little teddy bear.

I took my Pup here to be groomed. Usually her groomer is very cordial. Before I leave, she would always schedule my furbaby for her next visit. December 7, I got laid off from my job. Right at Christmas, so money was very tight. The groom for my pup is always around $50. So do to my layoff, I didn’t have much, but I tipped my groomer $10. She just snatched it out my hand, put the dog in my arms and walked away. No thank you, no rescheduling, nothing. I was treated so poorly and made to feel so bad, I’m honestly searching for another groomer.

I swear by this salon! Every other place I have brought my husky mix always gives her back to me wet! I have been bringing Renesmee here for at least a year now, and I would never go anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and attentive!

I can't say enough about Ashley! She completely won over our very anxious Wheaten, Jovie. We'd tried several groomers over the last year and Jovie was not having it. She barely lasted 10 minutes at the last place we tried! Ashley's calming, patient energy was exactly what Jovie needed :) Thank you Ashley!
