Holly does a great job grooming our Golden Retriever every 3 months. They are always very busy and workers and customers are all happy.

Bruno and Jasmine have gone here since we moved to stow in 2021. So, we've been steady and regular customers going on 5 years now. Bruno is our difficult one, who doesn't like his feet touched, usually needs anxiety meds, and is just not good with strangers. Jasmine always gets a good report card. Regardless, Holly will give our dog Bruno a hug, and tell him he is a good boy, and that he did a good job even though she knows he was probably emotionally and mentally dysregulated for the whole visit. I'm writing this review, because after all the years we've been going, our dogs come back looking like new puppies all over again...even as they age. We have such a good experience and have recommended to neighbors and friends.

I have been bringing my fur ball here for over a year now and I’m more and more pleased with each visit! Jessica loves my dog as much as I do, and takes great care to make her comfortable and at ease. My little dog is extremely nervous, and Jessica does whatever she can to calm her. She reassures me that she is just fine during her grooming. It is a relief to leave my precious dog behind knowing she is in loving and caring hands. Jessica has such a sweet, bubbling personality and we adore her.
