I had Dr. Mike as my horse's vet for years. Absolutely one of the best vets you can have for a horse with metabolic issues. Honest, up front, and always puts the horse first. The dry humor is an added bonus. On time for scheduled appointments and doesn't give any medication that isn't completely necessary. When it was time to let Becca go he did everything he could to make sure she went as peacefully, quickly, and quietly as possible. He even made the arrangements for us in regards to taking care of her remains. I honestly can't recommend him enough.

I recently started using Dr Cinotti when my horse was diagnosed with a gutteral pouch infection. He was wonderful about coming out to flush her frequently. As other issues popped up he was quick to catch & treat them. I’m beyond thrilled about the quality of care he provides and he is excellent about making sure I understand what’s going on and my options. My horse is now finally on the road to recovery thanks to him! Highly highly recommend!

The doctor and staff are fantastic. When you need help, he comes as soon as possible. There are often many choices how to deal with equine health issues. Dr. Cinotti spells out your options and helps you find the best solution for your horse and your budget. I highly recommend this vet practice.
