Ruff Tales Rescue

While the organization itself is wonderful, and I highly value their mission, I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth. I understand that the aim of the rescue is to ensure that each pup is housed in the right home, but I was left feeling highly judged and misrepresented. The standards they are looking for are incredibly hard to meet and everything was scrutinized to a painful degree. I did not feel like I was being helped in any way. Rather, I felt dismissed after one meeting, which is, in my opinion, not enough to ascertain whether a person or home is a "good fit." Additionally, the communications, while swift, were often condescending and I was not impressed in that regard. The prices are very fair and I was initially very happy with my services. What an amazing group of people to work with! I adopted my dog Bear from Ruff Tales years ago and have kept in touch! Recently we threw an adoption event with the team and let me just say was it something special. The Ruff Tales Team is so kind and dedicated to what they do. We can't wait to work them in the near future and will continue to support their amazing efforts! I highly recommend adopting from and working with the organization.

Rough tails rescue is a very professional kind and caring place they found us our lab Pitbull mix named Zeus who is excellent he's a gem in every way they were professional they were thorough and they were prompt on everything they had to do and kept their word recommend them to everybody

I can’t say enough nice things about Ruff Tales Rescue. Their team is so kind, supportive, and available at every step of the process. They provided me with all the resources and support we needed to feel prepared to bring our new dog, Marley, into our home. If I could adopt with them over and over again I would!
