I had my newly adopted senior terrier groomed on Friday by Alyssa. She was fabulous despite my little dog being a major challenge. He has a bite history and his hair was overgrown and matted all over him. Alyssa, with tons of experience, groomed him with patience, kindness and skill. I expected to make multiple trips to get him fully groomed because he is anxious, had been in the shelter for a long time and was so matted. My priorities were to get a sanitary grooming done because the mats were affecting his ability to poo comfortably. Also, the hair on his head was really long and matted, covering his eyes. If she had only cleaned up those two areas, I would have been happy. But she gave him a full grooming! She de-matted him, bathed him, groomed him all over, cleaned his ears and gave him

pretty good store, staff is all super friendly and helpful. they seem to need more people though, we asked about a specific product and the cashier said, "it could be in one of those boxes, we havent had a chance to stock them yet." I do appreciate the honesty!

I have been relying on delivery for my cats’ food since having surgery. As you can see below, this is what the PetsMart in Chelmsford sent me. And it isn’t the first time, nor is it the first PetsMart to do this. Dented cans are dangerous for humans and animals, and to know that someone actually packed my order with these cans is positively outrageous. It’s not like the dents were small and were missed - there’s no way the person packing these items could have possibly missed them. I have made several phone calls to PetsMart customer service to complain each time this happened, but for some silly reason I gave them more chances than they deserved. No more.

I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the very patient Santa and assistant and photographer. She took a lot of pictures and were fabulous. My dog was not all that cooperative. I wish the Santa/photographer at Pheasant Lane Mall took lessons from them!!

I am writing this specifically for Nicole. Nicole may God always bless u and ur family the time u took with us to help me. U were very patient nice with me trying to return something, in any cituation u made happen very professionally and very nice. Thank Petsmart fir taking ur time to hire ppl like that she need either a raise or upper position, because of her if I ever have to buy stuff for my pets Petsmart Chelmsford will be my best option because I know I would be taking care well there.
