We recently had to find a new exotic vet for our ferrets, which can be so hard to do — but we found Countryside! The staff and facility are both really nice. We felt like they spent a lot of time with our ferret Taz and answered all of our questions about his diagnosis. We never felt rushed or like we were missing any details. Taz needed surgery but also has a heart condition, which is why we were recommended to Dr. Kopser. She is so kind and knowledgeable. The surgery went very smoothly, and we really appreciated the updates throughout the day and the follow-ups afterward. His recovery has been so smooth, and he’s healing up perfectly. Mariah has been nothing short of amazing when dealing with our dog Jameson. She's been seeing him for physical therapy due to double TPLO surgeries and has made a huge difference in his mobility and general quality of life.
