Ruff Ruff Paradise Pet Care & More

I took my pup here because my mother-in-law recommended them—she’s been taking her dog for grooming for a while, so I decided to try them out. When I dropped my pup off, I should’ve known something was wrong because he started trembling, but since they came recommended, I went ahead and left him. My son picked him up later since I was at work, and he couldn’t believe how badly they had left him. The haircut was terrible—there was hair everywhere, they didn’t even brush him, and he still had tangles. His legs still had long hairs, and overall it looked unfinished. I didn’t take pictures of the full cut, but I’m attaching a picture of his face. Never again. My dog didn’t act right for a couple of days afterward. I will NEVER be coming back. Yes, the price is cheap, but at what cost?

I love Angela and Ruff Ruff Paradise! We use them for boarding and my dogs love going there. The boarding price includes things that you have to pay for à la carte at other places. The grooming is just fine IMO but my dogs aren’t fancy guys.

Someone gave a 1 star review just cause she wasn't greeted when she walked in SMH. Keep in mind this business is run by a couple so they not always at the front "greeting" customers, but they do come to the front quite often or every few minutes One thing I have to point out is on Saturday they're super busy and can take several hours for grooming. Wish they can have a limit of dogs for Saturday instead of taking every customer that walk in and overwhelm themselves.

Ruff Ruff did a great job with grooming 2 fur babies today. The schnoodle got a schnauzer face with very sharp-looking eyebrows, and the Maltichon got a teddy bear haircut. What I appreciated most was that the groomer listened to my request for a wide, oval muzzle for my Maltichon (his muzzle been cut too pointy and fox-like in the past) and a nice rounded head. The nails were also nicely clipped short, and the hair between the paw pads was well clipped/shaved, as was the sanitary area. Ears were also cleaned. (I have a checklist because with a previous groomer, things got missed/forgotten/half-done.) NB: my doggie's hair was pretty long, and before the groom, Angela ran a steel comb through his hair to check for mats & tangles. $45 for small, < 20 lb dogs (for credit cards, add 3%) and

I was in search for a groomer in my area and came across RRPPC in a Google search. Read the reviews and decided to try them... They are ABSOLUTELY amazing! Professional and thorough! I got there, filled out the forms and before the attendant took Bailee to the back, she went over the price, what they offer and how I wanted my pet groomed. I left and before I could get off the street, I received a call. She (forgive me for not knowing her name) told me that she felt a different cut would work better for Bailee... She mentioned how often to groom and also said she would check her glands to see if I could go longer to save money (gotta love a facility that wants to save me money).
