Owner acknowledged that my dogs cut was not done correctly and offered a refund. She didn’t refund me and then blocked my calls. Stay far away from this place. If i could give zero stars, I would.

Melissa arrived on time and was very nice! She groomed my dog who really needed it, and the quality was definitely worth it. My dog is a lot happier now and has a nice orange bandana given by Melissa! 10-5 stars highly recommend .

**THIS REVIEW IS FOR MOBILE GROOMING. I’VE NEVER BEEN TO THE ACTUAL LOCATION**. Gave them multiple tries before decided to do a review as a couple others said they had awesome experiences then it changed. I must say I’ve been to a couple groomers in Houston, they’ve been the only ones to do EXACTLY what I want with my Goldendoodle. It is SOO hard to find a groomer that knows how to cut them correctly. They’ve done amazing on my Goldendoodle Jaxx and my Yorkiepoo Oreo. So much so I referred my mom too. She had an awful experience at a previous groomer and was absolutely in love when she saw her dog’s cut. They are a little more pricey then a regular groomer but I don’t mind paying for convenience. I without a doubt would highly suggest them!

Jenny did an amazing job on my Yorkie and Maltese! I was super nervous about trying a new groomer but she was on time very professional did exactly I asked and very quick! If we weren’t moving I would definitely request her again!

This was my first time getting my miniature schnauzer groomed by celebrities mobile. I want to start off by Saying the technician Nicole was very professional; she didn’t only greet me but also my dog, she interacted with him prior to service to gain his trust and make him more comfortable. She took her time with my fur baby and he looks and smells Amazing 🥰. Will most definitely rebook with you guys again.
