I brought my dog to Robertson County Animal Clinic on February 23rd for a sedated grooming appointment and routine vaccinations. The following day, she began experiencing persistent diarrhea and vomiting that continued throughout the week. Due to the severity and duration of her symptoms, I contacted the clinic to request that she be seen as soon as possible. I also inquired whether the visit could be covered, as I had already paid approximately $400 for her initial appointment (which included an overcharge of $110 that I was still awaiting a refund for) and had missed work to care for her. We moved here earlier this year and have seen a few different doctors at the clinic - all of whom have been wonderful. Recently, we had to go through one of the hardest experiences, saying goodbye to our sweet 16-year-old. Dr. Stacy Haggard was absolutely incredible. She was kind, compassionate, and gentle, and even shared her own story, which meant so much. I’m deeply grateful that she was the one to help our little one find peace. We still have two more pets, and I’ll definitely be requesting her again whenever possible.

Had to do emergency surgery on my baby Wiggles. Saved her life. Doc even called on his day off to check on her. This place actually cares about animals. She has all her spunk back, and is like a new puppers.

I brought Cupcake, my sweet 16 year old cat, here to schedule his cremation after he passed. Christine at the front desk was incredibly helpful and compassionate during the process. I made the decision to change the cremation service company, so I called and spoke to Christine again the next day. She made the whole process easy, issued me my refund, and just generally put up with all my anxious, scatter-brained, grief-ridden energy. I don’t know if I’ll ever have another cat since no one can replace my little guy, but I know that if I do I will bring them here.
