Critter Fixers

We recently took our two 4½-month-old kittens to Critter Fixers for their neuter procedures, and the entire experience was impressively smooth from start to finish. The online reservation process was quick and easy, and communication leading up to the appointment was very clear. Drop-off could not have been simpler. I stayed comfortably in my car while a staff member came out to collect my crated kittens. It felt organized, calm, and efficient. Pick-up was just as seamless. Again, I remained in my car and they brought my kittens out to me. Since it’s best to separate kittens after surgery, they even lent me a second crate so I could transport them home safely. Used their services for the first time getting a stray cat fixed (who is no longer a stray but our much-loved kitten). Prices are very reasonable, especially compared to regular vets. Instructions were very clear and pickup and drop off convenient and fast. They did great with our little guy and the girls helping with drop off/pick up were extremely sweet. This place is a gem and we're lucky to have them in our community ❤️

WOW! I had such an amazing experience getting a feral mama cat TNRed with the help of Critter Fixers. Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and compassionate. They allow you to drop off ferals without an appointment (they must come in a trap) which was so helpful because all of the other spay/neuter clinics are typically booked weeks/months in advance. They provided after care instructions and even washed the towel that I brought with the cat after it was soiled. Please please support this wonderful nonprofit however you can!

The people are friendly enough but we got the dreaded "Your cat didn't make it" call. They said "she made it through surgery fine then when the doctor came back to sew up her up she wasn't breathing." I dont know if squeezing so many appointments into a short time causing negligence was to blame or if it was just horrible luck but I feel like she should have been attended constantly not "came back to" while our baby was splayed open but I wasn't there obviously. They were kind enough to send her to a facility for autopsy where we will get the ashes back. Needless to say we are devastated. R. I. P baby Pudding.
