Modern Vet

While dog sitting my daughter's Cane Corso 1yr old puppy (Lincoln) while she is deployed with the navy, he developed major diarrhea. I showed up at 7:30 before they opened and was greeted by the most friendly and understanding staff. They were able to see Lincoln right away. After a lot of cleaning up (poor boy was having accidents everywhere) and some test, they were able to give me some medicine to settle his stomach and elevate my fears. Dr. was great. Even with Lincoln weigh 103.3, staff was able to draw blood without any added stress for Lincoln and myself. This was my first visit to Modern Vet and I will be switching all my fur babies to their care. I have 2 English mastiffs. It is always great knowing they can handle xtra large breeds

I have tried quite literally every single vet in Springfield and none are as good as modern vet! My dog has vet anxiety (due to a different vet) and has to take sedatives now and they have graciously helped her ease into it the new routine by having happy visits. They not only calmed her anxiety but calmed mine as well. The care team is amazing and supportive and they really listen to you. They are super easy to schedule with too as there’s an online portal. They also check in with you after every appointment to see how your pup is doing.

The Springfield office welcomed me and my puppy and made us feel very comfortable. They were thorough but quick with shots. The staff was extremely friendly. Glad that we found our vet. Highly recommend!

Always so friendly. My dog loves them minus one women who clip his nail a little short. It's been a year and he still gives her mean looks. 😂 He loves all the other staff tho. They are friendly and willing to help also very! My dog loves them minus the one. That's what matters the most!

Our experience was great! Our pup felt comfortable with everyone which os hery important to us. Lecia and Dr. Anne were sweet, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend!
