Riverside Veterinary Hospital

My baby Sophie needed a life saving emergency surgery that was high risk and Riverside was excellent in taking care of her. They answered every question and tried to calm all my fears the best they could. Not only did they save her, they took exceptional care of my worries too, and extra care out of their way for her. Highly recommend them. They are a great team and all are so caring and friendly.

They handled our 3 xxl pups like champions. Dr Robbins gave our kiddos a very thorough examination. The facility was beautiful, clean, and state of the art. The staff from reception, to technicians, to the veterinarian were all friendly. We loved the fact that they gave us many treatment options and educated us on the pros, cons and costs of them all, so we could make informed decisions. The price was very reasonable.

They are absolutely amazing!! Such a great staff! Everyone was so kind and so knowledgeable and treated my baby like their own. They even taught me things about my dog that I didn’t even know and no other veterinarian has even brought up. The prices are very reasonable but the care and love that they show your babies, that is priceless! This is by far the best veterinary hospital that I’ve been to, and I’ve been to many! Definitely going back for the rest of my fur babies life! He loves it there also.

Wow, what a wonderful experience as a pet owner! I saw my cat, Pearl feel more comfortable than I would ever have expected at a vet visit. My first visit here and so glad I've chosen Riverside Veterinary to be my Vet of choice from here forward for my 3 cats. Dr. Brianna Robbins, her tech, and the entire staff made it a smooth, caring experience. Kristin even got the food needed ordered so easily. It was like a Veterinary concierge checkout experience. First time visit but followed Kristin from Copelands in Cookeville. All employees were friendly and courteous. As soon as I arrived, we were taken to an exam room. A fear of mine, after being familiar with Copelands, was price. I am happy to say the prices are great. The tech and Vetrinarian sat down in the floor with my dog and took the time to become acquainted. By the time we left she was all wags and kisses. Vet Jones took the time to explain the issue, cause, medication required, and age related concerns. A complete 5 out of 5 with great service, friendly and courteous employees and finished up the visit with, "what questions do you have for me." The price was spot on as well. Keep up the good work, we will be back soon.
