Took my 6 yr. Old golden retriever who was a real mess. She did a wonderful job on him. She was also very nice.

I cannot walk...how do businesses get by with not having ramps anymore?? I could get people in trouble for this. Why is it that when you call places of business all you get is a recording? That alone is bad business. When I was at my job we got in trouble for not answering phones. It was unheard of to have recordings answer phones. We were expected to answer them There seems to only be one person working here which means they can make up things on people with no proof. Last time I had an appt here she claims I didn't show up...I write down every appt I make so I dont just nit show up! She claims she tried to call me. I had call ID back then.
