Absolutely outstanding care! I couldn’t be more thankful for the amazing team at Riverbank Animal Hospital in Kinston. From the moment we walked in, every single staff member was kind, patient, and genuinely caring — not just toward me, but especially toward my dog. The vet took the time to explain everything clearly and treated my dog with such compassion, it really put us both at ease. My dog recently had a dental cleaning, and the results were fantastic! His teeth look great, he’s feeling so much better, and the entire process was handled so professionally. I switched to this vet this year. They are at least 50% cheaper than the vet in Winterville. Their prices are much more reasonable and they take such great care of our dogs!! The women up front are very helpful and nice.The vet is patent and all staff are caring. The pictures below are of our two dogs. I am so happy we switched!! We love this place!!

Excellent place to have your fur baby care for. Nice friendly and inviting environment!!! Great staff who cares for your pet just as much as you!!! And did I mention how affordable they are!!!

Although Riverbank Vet isn't nearby, they are well worth the drive. From the front desk to the veterinarians, the entire staff is wonderful, compassionate, and accommodating. My young dog, Maple Syrup, was recently spayed, and the surgical incision was the cleanest I’ve seen in my 50 years. Her recovery has been smooth and quick, thanks to the team providing everything she needed, including pain medication and a surgical suit.

First time here, I have two cats and they saw them both and they were fantastic! Everyone was very nice and Dr. phillips was very thorough and explained everything. My partner ended up getting bit by one of my cats and they were very accommodating for this situation. 10/10 will come again.
