Petsense by Tractor Supply

Today was not the day. My dog was in for a Full-Service Haircut and they somehow managed to cut a big gash in her neck. LUCKILY the gash wasn’t too big to where she would instantly see dog Jesus. But I did have to go to the Vet. Where she had to get staples in her neck. She seems okay for someone who got slashed. But I will need to give her some medicine, get a medical shirt (cone wouldn’t work with the gash), and see how she does in the coming days. Look I understand mistakes will happen. That’s just life. Animals move and are unpredictable at times. So sure, while getting their hair cut they might get nicked. BUT TO CUT HER NECK?!? THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! IF THE GROOMER WAS JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE DEEP MY DOG WOULD NOT BE HERE! Now, they did offer to pay for the vet bill and they didn’t cha

I take my 2 ,( one large and one small dogs) to have nails trimmed and she does a wonderful job! ❤️ treated great each and every time!

I've tried them twice, and each time they did my baby dirty. The cut was a half job his feet weren't clean enough, and there were long hairs between his paws his face should have been cut back shorter. The best thing she did was his inside ears. The nails could be a tad shorter as well. Not going there again.

They are good just took to long .4 hours

I've been using petsense for awhile. They seem to be doing and ok job at first. After some time they started changing the appointments due to lack of staff or personal issues from the staff. Today I had and appointment @3 which I let them know that I would be late they said that was ok. I called @3:12 to let them know I was on the way they refused to take my pet because I wasn't there by 3:30. Now this happened after they rescheduled his appointment several times, lying about who was going to groom him as well as calling the wrong # to see if I could bring him in earlier once I got the message they had filled it already. I truly feel like and exception could have been made in this situation. I've been a loyal customer and have tried to keep my $$$ spent in kinston n.c. But the service we
