Refused to give me any ballpark or base estimates of what their dental cleaning services cost for a domestic housecat. No transparency on pricing of their services, probably due to them being overpriced. They had just done an estimate for another same age feline but neglected to share the estimate cost. Very helpful.

My animals are lucky to have vets like these folks. My cat went in for a simple check-up, and they text me the next day to make sure she was doing well after her visit.

Brought my new fur baby there for the first time. My girlfriend has been bringing her fur babies here for years and had nothing but amazing things to say. I couldn't agree with her more. They made Minnie and I feel like family as soon as we walked through the door. No pressure. Incredibly friendly and stress free. Everyone clearly loves what they do there and it's completely about what's best for your pet. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Willing to put down healthy animals (that could be rehomed and live many more happy years) if the owner requests it. Absolutely disgusting, unethical practice that unfortunately is legal in VT. Avoid this place!

We have always brought our dog here but unfortunately their customer service has gotten worse over the years. I recently emailed them regarding a concern I had after my last visit and tried to find a resolution and path forward. Instead they chose to ignore my email and not address the issue. Everyone wants to feel comfortable bringing their pet/family somewhere to be taken care of especially as they age and require specialized care. Similar to human medicine I feel that open communication and collaborative care is an essential component of animal medicine.
