After a few horrible experiences trying to find a new groomer lately, I finally took my dogs to my mom's dog's groomer here, Nicholle. She did a great job and my dogs absolutely loved her...probably because she's a sweetheart and so clearly loved THEM! This is just a nice grooming environment in general. The other groomers in there were also very friendly and snuggled and played with the dogs while they were working. Every dog in there was very calm and happy. I'll definitely be bringing my dog's to Nicholle from here on out.

pet smart is the best! they have nice cat grass that my cats love. they have wonderful koi fish. also, they have goldfish for 30 cents!

Friendly staff. They are always helpful. They should get paid more!.. The fish tanks meant to house fish before they are adopted need improvement!!! Made them comfortable, you’re currently selling fish with CPTSD… Fix it!

All the signs were pointing to spend $50 and you get $10 back. I guess if you read the fine print, you can't use it until you download the app and go through leaps and bounds to get the $10.

I bought fish several times at PetSmart. I only buy a few fish a year. Most of the time they have younger staff, but they will assist promptly when asked. Once in a while they have staff that are very unfriendly with snarky attitude. They don’t take initiative to offer help. Even when asked for help, staff acts like she didn’t hear the request. No acknowledgment like “I will be right with you soon”. The occasionally bad service really leave a bitter and lasting taste. PetSmart states the minimum fish tank is 50gallon for an angel fish. Their policy really don’t want to sell fish. And ironically they keep many angel fish in small tanks (around 10gallon). No wonder there are dead fish in their tanks. The half dead betta fish is a sad sight too. Most fish keeper will not meet the 50ga
