This staff was amazing. My goofy self looked up a Behavioral Vet for an issue I'm having, but I didn't realize this was a Williston in a different state. They were SO friendly and helpful, made me feel better about my concerns, and just so kind, professional, and thorough answering my questions. If I were closer, they would 100% have my business 😅 Thank you for being amazing and so kind and patient with me!

Dr Jenni was very kind and gentle with my kitty and I think his cancer even surprised her. She took a lot of time with me helping me come to terms with the fact my baby was dying and there was nothing we could do for him. Her empathy was greatly appreciated

Dr.Genni is extremely kind and genuinely cares about animal's well being. Her professionalism and kindness mean a lot to my family. We would definitely recommend her to all family and friends as a veterinarian to be trusted for caring our furry friends. The staff were also nice and helpful.

Our pets love going to Long Trail. The vets and the techs are so kind and caring. The office staff is very friendly to the pet parents. We’ve been visiting LongTrail for nearly 10 years, through changes in management and ownership. We moved to a different county and still bring our pets to their location.

Dr. Genni and staff are extremely kind, caring, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating for a speedy appointment when needed. I recently used their services to apply for a health certificate needed to travel abroad with my two dogs. Dr Genni explained the process thoroughly and clearly leaving no questions. It was evident she has had recent experience with the process and I knew exactly what to expect. Everything worked out as she had explained and I am happy to report I have made it safe in Europe with my beloved pets thanks to Longtrail Veterinary Center!! Thanks so much!
