One star is required but zero are deserved. They decided to close early. We caught a tech on the way out BEFORE 6PM and she told us they were closed and then she drove off. All of this while I was doing compressions on our 2 year old cat. She did not make it. This clinic does not care for animals. We’ve had a bad experience with them before and only went because they were the closest. We wasted precious time by assuming they would simply do their jobs.

Called yesterday to get an appointment for my dog's anal glands expression because he is overdue. I asked if they were affiliated with another place i go because I could not get ahold of them. They were not which is fine but then she tells me they are a week out for new patients. Then tells me she can get me in Monday at 5pm. Which is great and thought I scheduled the appointment. Then my wife calls today to confirm appointment and pricing and come to find out she did not put me on the schedule. Only reason it is not a one star review is because the second lady was nice and very informative to my wife!

Small practice who has lost touch with animal care and why they do what they do in the 1st place. New to the neighborhood and called to book an appointment but they are 2 weeks out( understand that no prob there ) BUT they REQUIRE a deposit for a vet appointment. That is ridiculous this is not a tattoo shop or hair salon a VET clinic!

We had a difficult decision to make. The vet was right there helping us in this difficult time. We had to let our girl go. I stayed w her for a while , they told me no rush. The people here were nothing but kind! We will be returning.

I’ve been taking my 14 year old dog Lucy to this office since I moved to Texas in 2019 and have never had a bad experience. Today I had an exceptional experience. Lucy had been having some gastrointestinal issues that have really concerned me. Even though the staff was overwhelmed with packed appointments after the holiday they got us in and did not rush us. Every staff member I encountered were calm and helpful. Especially the vet Bj Aigaki, DVM who was so patient and caring. She took the time to explain everything I needed to know and then some. I left feeling at ease with the plan she set up for Lucy.
