I adopted my cat a month ago, just 3 days later he showed signs of the disease, 2 more days and he started to cough with blood 😭 Randall Road Animal Hospital were able to accept us as soon as tomorrow! Dr Annabella Paradies was very attentive and professional. We got antibiotics and all the instructions. 2 weeks later I’ve repeated the appointment as kitty still had eye infection and we got another prescription and finally Prince is happy and healthy! Highly recommend! Thank you !

I drive twenty minutes out of my way to go to this vet. I love how they've always taken care of my cats, often getting a diagnoses correct after other vets have missed the mark. (Backed up by a specialist I went to after my randall road visit, they correctly diagnosed my cats lung issue) the staff here are kind and really take their time with you. I've been bringing my cat here for five years and I will continue to do so. ❤️

If you ever need to get your pet put down. Look no more ...I highly recommend ! They are so accomodating & very compassionate. This was very sad time for us and they made it so comforting for us . So glad we chose them and so grateful. It puts me at ease knowing we made the best decision.

Dr. Annabella Paradies and assistant were fantastic and the care that they showed us and our dog and then also the care and treatment administered to our dog who was severely wounded when he was attacked by two larger dogs. We are so thankful for this clinic and the doctors, assistants and employees that helped provide this fantastic care in a timely fashion! I began going to Randall Road Animal Hospital back in 2014 when I got my 7 month old lab, Jake… I regret every stepping foot into this place and putting my trust in them- I recently found out my dog has chronic pancreatitis after going to Bowes Animal Hospital because Randall Road was either closed since it was a Monday when I needed to bring my pet in or they were booked when I needed them most. I’ve had bloodwork done on Jake routinely when he became a senior- everytime Randall Road Animal Hospital would call me with the results, they would say his liapse is high, quit feeding him table scraps, tho we don’t feed him table scraps.. and failed to do further testing to find out what was REALLY going on-I took him to Bowes Animal Hospital, repeated blood work as his liver enzymes were eleva
