Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and efficient and worked to make my entire experience very pleasant for myself and my pet. Dr Hughes was so informative and Honest, which sadly I can’t say about some of my previous vets so it was of the utmost importance to me! Recommended procedures were carefully explained, but I wasn’t pushed or guilted into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with. This office was a breath of fresh air for sure!!

I have been taking my Bernedoodle puppy to Cleveland Vet Clinic for a just under a year now (July 2025 - Feb 2026 and beyond), and please believe me when I tell you that they have taken such compassionate, wonderful care of him since he came into my life at 3 months old. He’s now 10 1/2 months and I couldn’t be more pleased with their care. Their hours are convenient for all working people since they are open til 8pm on weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays, and, when they say they will call you back with info or an answer to your question, THEY WILL ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK! The same night! All the staff, techs, and doctors are fantastic at what they do; they are friendly and welcoming (thankfully 🙏🏽) to new pet parents like myself, and graciously guided me every step of the way, which helped me

Excellent bedside manner, communication, and care. I brought my 1 1/2 year old chihuahua mix here due to a significant infection on his leg caused by a splint I surmise was wrapped too tightly, and was factually placed over active skin breakdown, by Randall Animal Hospital. Dr. Hughes performed a skin debridement, and her follow up has been incredible! My dog means the WORLD to me, and I’ve learned the difficult way to not just trust any vet with his health. I trust Cleveland Veterinary Clinic and will continue to bring him here. Very strong recommendation if you are considering your choices in the area.

Great place! Took my daughter cat in cause he seem like he was in pain and ended up being blocked but the vet he was able to unblock it just with a little push on his tummy saving me from Having to take him to emergency vet! Definitely recommend if you need to be seen ans the cost doesn't hurt the pocket! And great recommendation advise to prevent further blockages

Absolutely Wonderful! 1st time patient with a stray cat I’m keeping. Everyone from reception to the Doctor was Friendly, Professional and Welcoming. I left with the feeling I’m in Great Hands - thank you everyone at Cleveland Vet Clinic!
