Banfield Pet Hospital

Molly had a great experience today with her appointment with Dr Reinisch and Dominiqe, they are both very caring and sensitive to Molly's needs. Dr Reinisch gives Molly excellent care every time Molly is in Banfield whether it's for a specific care or a regular checkup. Dominiqe is also great with Molly when she is with her.

If you had a higher rating value I would absolutely rate this facility higher! EVERYONE is absolutely fantastic; HOWEVER, there are a couple people who really stand out; they are Doctor Reinisch and Kiefer. They are simply Da Best!! Doctor Reinisch is knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, possesses high EQ and high IQ, exactly what you want from someone looking after our precious furry babies. Equally as outstanding is Kiefer. I think that EVERY Banfield clinic should have a Kiefer on staff. He is competent, empathetic, knowledgeable, thorough and I think he should go back to school and be a vet, because he is just incredible. I could go on and on about how great these two individuals are, but I think I've made my point. I really think these two individuals, in particular, need

My dog is a particularly difficult one and she has some trust issues with new people handling her. The staff was genuine about her care and well being and they did their best to make her feel comfortable. They used the treats I brought to keep her occupied and she actually ate from them. I enjoy that they let me help hold her while she got her vaccines in the room. Great staff and doctor.

We have been coming to the S. Elgin Banfeild for 5 years. Dr. Reinisch is the most kind, loving and intuitive vet I have ever met. The staff is like taking our kitties to the family for care and understanding. We are moving to downtown Chicago but we will come back to this Banfeild and to Dr. Reinisch for the rest of our kitties' lives because we know that everyone here knows our babies and loves them... like family! Thank you do much for taking care of us, in so many ways!

Thought I had made an appointment online but it didn’t go through, they were awesome about it and squeezed my Mom's cat in anyway. No judgment, just kindness and understanding for her older cat. They took care of her, we have her on a treatment plan and she should feel better any day now. Prices are reasonable and they were up front with the costs.
