Raccoon River Kennels

Due to the death of a family member, out of state, we had to make an impromptu trip. The staff were more than helpful, sent pictures with updates every day. We never had to worry about our fur kids at all. We will use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you Raccoon River Kennels staff for keeping our Mia & Galli safe and happy!

Raccoon River kennels was great. I took my dog to two different places for a test run and both places did not want to keep him because they thought he was aggressive. Raccoon River Kennels knew how to work with him. He is not aggressive he just needs to warm up to you. They did an amazing job working with him and they had no issues whatsoever. If I ever need to board him again this is where I will be taking him.

My dog Remi goes to RRK every Thursday for daycare. It has quickly become a favorite day in our house. Remi comes home absolutely wiped after a long day of play with her friends. We can tell she loves it and is well cared for while she's there. RRK staff have always all been nothing but amazing for us. They've always accommodated any needs for Remi including applying ear spray when she needed it while in care, answering any questions we have, canceling daycare days, changing daycare days to a different day, etc. I also LOVE when they post pictures and videos of the pups so I can get a peek at what Remi has done all day. As a family where both pawrents work full time it's nice to have a day for Remi to just be a fun loving pup, and not have to be in her kennel for 8 hours. RRK is a blessing

Just got home from a long trip, and our dogs were healthy, clean, fed, exercised and well-loved at Raccoon River Kennels. We’re so grateful for their smiles and care for our dogs!

The staff is super friendly, and they care that my dog Storm has the best experience. First time doing boarding and daycare services here. The place is super clean and everyone who works there is always friendly and professional. Communication was great and promptly answered and that means everything to me. Can’t thank Raccoon River Kennels enough for taking care of our sweet girl Storm! ❤️ Raccoon River Kennels is the best!
