We love taking our sweet babies here. Dr. Loyd is so kind and gentle other our cats and Dr. Sanders is amazing with my baby boy groots. We couldn’t be happier to recommend our friends and family here!!!

It has been probably 14 or 15 years since we first started going here, and several years since we were last there as I moved to Ames, but I am always reminded of how great Dr. Sanders was with my kitty, Princess. He saw her from the time she was a baby up until we moved. She has never been a fan of the vet, but always really liked Dr. Sanders, and he was always so nice to her.

Best Vetinary Clinic iI have ever been to by far. I adopted a 12 year old French bull dog Meemo who was dying and in bad condition in many different ways. Animal doctors literally gave him a new life and he now has the spirit and energy of a young dog after being neglected his whole life. Every time I go to pay I am shocked at how cheap it is. They all know and treat Meemo with love. I would never consider going anywhere else. Thank you everyone at animal doctors! 2 pictures from before and after.

They have taken care of all our dogs over the years. I attribute their long lives (14 yo lab and 16 yo Jack Russell ) to Doctor Sanders, Doctor Benham and the rest of the team. I wouldn’t take our ‘kids’ anywhere else!

I was a client of Dr Benham's for years before moving out of state. I'm back for a long visit and my sulcata has a respiratory infection. Reptiles are incredibly delicate. I've seen many highly qualified dog/cat vets make extremely wrong diagnoses with herps, which could end quite badly. Dr Benham has an incredible amount of exotic animal knowledge, is a herp owner, and is more than willing to discuss the whys and hows of diagnoses and treatments. I knew he was listening to both my concerns and my ideas, I am so incredibly relieved that he is here, available to the exotic animal community, and still the great vet I remember from more than 15 years ago.
