This place is absolutely wonderful. Every employee has been so kind to both us and our kitties- we truly feel cared for here. Dr. Bollinger is fabulous! The only reason I’m giving four stars is the cost. I understand that the area tends to have higher prices and that they’re an accredited practice, which absolutely makes sense. I just want to mention it for anyone who may be needing to spend less. In my experience, for routine annual checkups, you might want to consider other clinics. That said, whenever we’ve had urgent concerns with our cats, this is where we go. The care is excellent- just be prepared for it to be on the pricier side.

Best Vet in Des Moines . Clean , professional, and personable and most of all my dogs love them . I have 3 dogs , my really old chihuahua need teeth pulled , they pulled 5 and cleaned the rest. Her teeth looked AMAZING!! This is my top pick for a local vet.

It's such an amazing 👏 place. The Dr. was very caring with my furbaby PeanutSnoopy. Plus, they offer a $25 discount to new patients. The Dr. loved his freckles on his nose.

I just moved to the area not too long ago, and had to bring my dog Cornelius in to get an exam, after he came home from boarding with skin irritation and inflammation. I didn’t hesitate and called as soon as they were open, because I always worry when my baby isn’t acting like his usual self. I was so impressed with how quick they were able to fit a new patient in, and they all absolutely loved him like their own! And immediately upon walking in, he was comfortable and bouncing all over. Pricing was very reasonable, and everything was explained thoroughly for his momma to understand. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic care. Michelle and all of the staff are incredible. My pup Ringo actually LIKES going to visit, which is saying a lot. But when it really counts and something needs fixing, nobody is better. Just refreshing this review a year later to again highly recommend Animal Care Clinic. Ringo too!!
