I will never bring my Pomeranians anywhere else but here. They are very professional, patient, loving and caring to my dogs. They absolutely know how to groom a Pomeranian. They make sure my dogs are well taken care of during the entire grooming process as well as making sure they are groomed appropriately. They are the best!

Best hair cut/groom my doodle has ever had! We’ve used them twice and they do a fantastic job. Easy booking, clean, good hours. My dog always comes back happy.

Bad customer service and groomers. We were taking our dogs here for the connivence of it being nearby, but they are just scamming our money now. We have a cavapoo, which we maintain her fur. Every time we bring her, they don’t bother to touch her fur and instantly say she’s matted. We brush her daily, so we know when her fur get’s matted and in those instances we are okay with her being shaved, but if she is not matted we do not want her shave and we make that very clear to them. But all they do is just shave her when it is not necessary. Then they proceed to just do it without giving us a head up, when that is not what we asked for. They are making us pay for a service we do not want, and are being lazy when it comes down to giving our dog a haircut we want. Terrible service. As well, th

Avoid this place if you care about quality and ethical practice! I want to warn anyone considering bringing their pet here for grooming. I recently moved and needed a new grooming spot, so I turned to Google to find a place. On Friday night (1/31), I reached out after hours and, to my surprise, they had an opening the next day at noon. That should have been a red flag—most other places I called were booked for at least a week. Anyway, I was quoted $87 with a $5 discount for being a first-time client, plus an additional $6 for nail filing. Everything seemed fine at first. I dropped my dog off on Saturday (today) at 12pm and was told it would take two hours so I could leave to do some errands, which I did after I told them to reach out if they needed anything from me or ran into any trouble.

Avoid Don't go to this location, they ruin the dogs' hair. one side is longer, the other is shorter ! Change your job, it's not for you.
