Dr. Verma saved Sharko’s life. Sharko is a very good cat but he’s so afraid of everyone….that is except Dr. Verma! He’s amazingly kind, gentle, and in-tune with his patients. I literally couldn’t believe how Sharko let Dr. Verma draw blood without any struggle. It was like he could sense Dr Verma was friend immediately. Dr. Verma was recommended to me by a coworker. He is an excellent, no nonsense, old school, reasonably priced hometown-feeling veterinarian. He successfully performed bladder stone removal surgery, anal gland blockage surgery, basic checkups, and euthanasia for our miniature schnauzer. He was always the least expensive around, was able to get us in quickly, showed compassion to our dog and family, completed the surgeries skillfully and provided the proper aftercare medications. We will continue to see Dr. Verma for our other dog, because he is very competent, kind, and affordable for his veterinary services. 👍🏻

I had a such a pleasant experience with this Vet Clinic! I had been calling around all week trying to find a sick visit Appt for our pup.. everywhere was booked out for weeks. I finally found Gentle Care, explained my dog’s symptoms and they were able to see me the same day. Gave me an honest quote of services and were able to do the procedure right then. Dr. Verma and Sandy have been taking AMAZING care of our 2 furballs ever since we got them. When the one was a puppy, she had gotten tapeworms from being born on a farm and living there for 8 weeks prior to us getting her. We were frantic when we saw the worms and were trying everywhere to get her an appointment. We had just moved to the Plainfield area and hadn't own pets of our own prior, so finding someone to take on a new client was impossible. They were able to see Willow less than 2-3 days later, as a new client, and were able to confirm she had worms in her stool. They gave us medication and made us feel confident it could be resolved with the medication, which it did.
