Pet Supplies Plus Plainfield

We had such a wonderful experience today at the Pet Supplies Plus on 135th St & Route 59! As soon as we walked in, the cashier greeted us warmly. When we asked for help in getting our aquariam water tested, she immediately paged an employee and kindly let them know that "a neighbor needed help"...which we really appreciated. The store itself was exceptionally clean and honestly one of the cleanest pet stores I’ve ever been in. An employee named Landon helped us in the back, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was calm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He listened carefully as my sister explained the issues we were having with our tank, ran multiple water tests, and took the time to explain everything clearly while offering friendly, thoughtful advice. I've been in this store a couple of times. I never had any issues; there were lots of things to pick from, the employees were friendly, and it was very clean. I will say my most recent experience was outstanding! I needed a certain spray for my rat's cage. While our vet's office made it seem very easy to find, it was not that easy. I ran into Pet Supplies with high hopes but wasn't finding it. Then an angel of an employee asked if I needed help. Yes! 😅 This employee was researching products and was only finding large bottles of products (I didn't need much) but they never gave up. There seemed to be one small bottle in the back, and the employee located it for me! I appreciate this so much. Top notch customer service!

I am so happy whenever I see Jenny! I’m here multiple times a week for crickets and this store definitely has the best quality also! My beardies are happy :)

I was part of an Adoption event here with Ruby Whiskers Rescue. The front of the store is Perfect for such a thing along with time outside with the picnic table & chairs by the potty grass! Things went really well and hope to be there again with Adoptables soon!!😊
