Puppyland Puyallup

I got my dog from Puppy Land, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, helpful, and really knew what they were doing. Everything was quick and efficient — they made sure I went home with all of her paperwork and even helped me understand their credit options, which made the process so much easier. It’s now been about a year and a half, and my girl has the best temperament — she’s sweet, smart, and so well-behaved. You can tell she came from a place that truly cares about their puppies. I’m so thankful to Puppy Land for helping me find my best friend! 💕🐶

I was just driving and saw this place. I am so happy I went in! I almost didn’t go because of the 1 star reviews but you can’t always trust what others have to say. I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got to play with 2 puppies and they never asked for my contact information and were not pushy trying to get the sale. I am glad I decided to go in.

Today we visited a wonderful place called Puppy Land. The staff there is wonderful. Kenzie helped us make a choice. She was very sociable and answered all our questions. We also spoke with the manager, Sabrina. She helped us fill out all the paperwork and also answered all our questions and was very understanding. We acquired a new member of our family.

Lied about the breed of our dog and overcharged us. Luckily we love him and he's a great fit but to be charging $3k for a dog you're lying about who their father's are feels so criminal. Yes I know silver labs are absolute chocolate but his father they state is his father is definitely not because this boy has a fluffy curly tail and supposedly both parents are certified purebred labs. I'm just glad we too him before he got too big and nobody wanted him

Absolutely wonderful experience getting our toy poodle. The staff was accommodating, full of great info and would definitely come back again. Extremely healthy and happy puppy too. We absolutely love her!
