From the very first moment, you can tell how much they truly love and care for their puppies. I’ll never understand how anyone could ever leave them a negative review. If they did, it’s probably because they didn’t realize how sensitive puppies can be. Just like babies, they can get overstimulated and need quiet time to rest — and this place understands that better than anyone. They make sure every puppy feels safe, calm, and loved. I had the BEST experience with Puppy Dog Nursery and I’m so happy I chose them to find my little puppy, Mia! From the very beginning, the staff was kind, patient, and super helpful. You can tell they really care about their puppies and want them going to loving homes. The place was clean, well organized, and the puppies looked healthy, happy, and well taken care of. They answered all my questions and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable, not rushed or stressful at all. Mia is the sweetest, healthiest little puppy, and you can see she was raised with love. She adjusted so well at home, which says a lot about how she was treated before coming to me. Positive: the younger worker we interacted with was knowledgeable, encouraging without being pushy, and warmly helpful. She deserves to be paid well and be in this business. The pups are certainly cute and they have informative window displays and several small meet and play areas. I really wanted to like this place. Negative: the older woman worker weirdly guilted my husband for us looking at two pups without buying one - totally unjust due to the fact they list prices NOWHERE. We looked online at the same breeds and felt torn because of those prices; yes, here they 'include' so much in their price, but you are definitely paying for it... which could be acceptable IF the environment was off the charts amazing - we just didn't feel like we wanted to buy into this community that badly with

Puppy Dog Nursery was definitely a hit with my daughter! She had so much fun getting to a pick a puppy to play with. She picked Clara and she was so fun and playful. All of the employees were so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back again! Thanks again for the wonderful experience for my daughter.

This my 2nd puppy that I have adopted from The Puppy Nursery. Both of my puppy experiences have been amazing. I wasn't even expecting to get a puppy the first time I went there. I looked over and fell in love with a cavachon! Shelia was so sweet she let me borrow a carrier for a few nights. Both of the puppies already knew how to use the potty and adapted fast to going outside! Sheila gave me tips on how to brush my dog, she even sent me a video. If I ever have a question she is right there to help. All the workers there have been amazing and helpful. I highly recommend getting your puppy from The puppy nursery!
