Great experience! We got there early and we're taken right back. Efficient and friendly staff. The vet was so knowledgeable, and spent considerable time explaining things to me.

They are really just good hearted people.. they care about your pets. I can't thank them enough for all they do for my family!!!

We took our kitty Oliver here for his first visit. We met Dr. Jake Jelsma and found him to be very caring and thorough. I also thought the charges for our appointment were very reasonable! Everyone was helpful and kind! I would highly recommend this practice for your pets!

Not sure how this place isn’t absolutely jam packed full of animals. The staff were all so friendly and supportive. Brought in our new puppy and they couldn’t have been more accommodating to new pawrents. Gary loved the lick mat while the vet was doing his exam! Dr. Jake (not only does he have a fantastic name) he explained things very thoroughly but without being condescending or using too many big words. We could not be happier to make the trip from closer vets in Grand Rapids to this one.
