The first time I walked into the Sebring location, I was greeted with a smile and immediately asked if I needed help. The staff was so helpful in guiding me to just the right product for my dog. They have a great selection of pet foods and treats, along with great toys and fun pet items. It's also SO clean! I love the boutique feel and it's all around a great place to go for all your pets needs.

Indy & Ethan are amazing ! They went out of their way to take care of our dog. Our dog ran away 2 1/2 years ago, and she was micro chipped and they found her in Osceola County at the shelter there and she was given a nice hygiene and bath they went out of their way to ensure that she was comfortable this place it’s clean. The service is superb. Highly recommended They take really good care of our girls

This is THE BEST pet supply store!!! Owners Dennis & Kristyn are so knowledgeable. They truly care about their clients (owners and pets), and are passionate to share their experience and love of our furry canine and feline :) I was stunned by the vast assortment of healthy food and treat options. The majority of their products (food, snacks, skincare, toys) are made in the USA (none from China) and are ALL NATURAL. Truly phenomenal. I have two dogs - one passed away from cancer a year ago :( I was ignorant of truly healthy options for dogs. After my dog passed away I started to research what I was feeding my dogs and the adverse effects of that food on their bodies. It was truly eye-opening. Puppers and Hairballs provide healthy food/snack options that defy traditional big-box options. D

Brought my small dog Chao here awhile ago. He is notoriously bad at getting his nails cut especially his doo claws. They had him in and out in 10 minutes and he was the happiest dog ever throughout. Amazing place.

We just took our Maltese/ Shih Tzu here for a groom. Indy did a fabulous job and the staff is so friendly! Thank you everyone at Puppers and Hairballs.
