Pet Supermarket

Cassidy was amazing. I went to pet smart and the workers wasn't good at all so I came to pet supermarket and Cassidy did such an amazing job of educating my family on beared dragon that we added a new addition to my family. And I come in often now to get food for him and she does a great job of helping us everytime.

Disgusted with this place and the owner (ron) yesterday I witnessed something unprofessional and completely unacceptable around 6:15pm yesterday a lady and her adorable child were doing their thing and the child clearly a toddler started crying and I witnessed a man who called himself the owner named (Ron) go up and told them to get out the store because said child was crying and he or his staff supposedly lost a cat. The lady grabbed her child and clearly started walking out this man continued harassing her. Even with threatening to call the cops . To say I was baffled and disappointed and disgusted is an understatement. As a business owner you're image is everything and clearly (ron) doesn't care about his image. Me and my daughter ( she’s 2) were in pet supermarket in Sebring. My daughter was upset and crying. An employee (Ron) came up to us and said that we had to leave because she was crying and they couldn’t find a cat that they lost in the store. So I asked him “ you are telling me I have to leave because my daughter is crying?” He said “ yes because we cant find the cat and she keeps crying” So as I was walking out with my daughter he approached us again and stated that “ we have small animals in here too and she’s just yelling and crying” I told him to stop talking about my child and to go on about his business because we were walking out. He then decides to continue saying “ it’s not my problem your kid is crying. Get out before I call the police”. Mind you - HE stopped us again. All over

This Sebring store is an amazing store. The employees have always been very helpful when i go in to purchase my scalebabies thier food. My last visit the store manager and fish manager was busy with fish stuff, but once they seen me the store manager came right to me and asked if i needed help. Which i did, but didnt want to inturrup them. After catching my 2 dozen crickets, he even went out of his way to check me out. Even asked if i had a cat and gave me some free cat food samples for my furbabies. (He gave me extra crickets :) and said they like to give a little extra just incase of them dying in transpertation!) I was more than happy with my experience and will always continue to do my business here with them!!! Totally recommend this amazing atmosphere!!!
