I had my beautiful baby girl Sasha groomed here and they were caring, patient loving and amazing. My girl Saha loved her. Sasha will be a regular here. Thank you so much for making my baby girls grooming experience wonderful

My dog has been to Petco grooming in another state and had wonderful service. I have had my pet at this location twice now with poor grooming. This second time was the last time. First time was ok had some long hair left but not bad. This time he had the same service booked but did not get the service. The calm and refresh package includes VIP service which limits the kennel and wait time. It was 3 hrs with nothing and when I called they had barely gotten him cut, no bath or anything yet. They argued that the VIP was not included and then they looked it up and said they didn't know it was part of the package. When I went to pick him up after they told me it would be 30 more minutes he still wasn't done, he was wet, face hair wasn't cut, long hair on his belly, feet and tail. Not happy at a

This store really sucks for saltwater fish and corals and freshwater also and frozen foodsi asked them to order some wrasses even told him I didn’t care about the price that was months ago now and now I’m tired of waiting just for silversides and beef hearts for my fish just so y’all know i have a220 gallon reef tank and a180 gallon reef tank and a 90 gallon discus tank and I have 9 other tanks and a pond and I need this food bad so i guess I will have to drive 11/2 hours to another store in Lakeland because your Sebring store never has anything I’m sorry to say but I don’t think I will visit your Sebring store again

On Thursday I booked a grooming appointment for my french bulldog for Monday morning. I received several confirmation emails and texts reminding me of the appointment. I was told to give them a 24 hour notice if I needed to cancel. Upon arriving at the store parking lot, I received a phone call canceling my appointment! Because my dog had surgery on his back in July, I was told I needed to get my vet to approve the visit, even though petco had already groomed him in September. She also said he was over her weight limit to lift and she couldn't help him up and down. 1. Petco assigned the groomer. 2. I gave Petco my dogs weight and that he could not jump up and down off the tables when I booked the appointment on Thursday! 3. He had already been groomed by Petco since his back surgery with n
