They’re good with the dogs, very gentle, and in that they get 5 stars… now the haircut my baby had? I am not happy at all, my baby is a Pomeranian and the haircut was really short, she doesn’t look like a Pomeranian no more, I am so sad, we specifically said not too short, and now my baby has barely any hair.

These folks are miracle workers. My Norfolk terrier got into some glue traps, and was a "hot" mess. I called Pretty Paws at 8.00 - I needed to leave to go to a memorial service some miles away - and dropped him off. Eventually, we got him back pretty much de-glued, buzz cut, and smelling wonderful. I was so appreciative and even though Olly was a bit cranky, I think we both felt so relieved. I cannot recommend Pretty Paws too highly. They are willing to take on the toughest situations and make them turn out well. Thank you, ladies.

Wonderful experience! Was able to take Boomer in on a last minute cancellation for a complete grooming appointment. Staff was very friendly to Boomer and I when we came in. They did a fantastic job grooming him (which is not his favorite thing to have done). The staff spent 2.5 hours with him and he looks fantastic. As a retired business owner myself I respect the decision to not accept credit cards. Credit card processing fees can be astronomical. On top of that people complain when you add a fee to cover the processing. In my opinion they're not worth accepting. Cash or local check only. Definitely recommend this business and look forward to using their services again when we return to the area! Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of our fur baby!

I was recommended this place by a friend. So i decided to try them. Today i took my two 7month old poodles for a gromming. Im beyond amazed how beautiful my babies turn out. They did an amazing job. If I could give them 20 stars i would. Thank you so much. Im obsessed on how cute they look. They are just too perfect.

The staff is wonderful, they are professional and caring. Clean and well organized. My fur babies always looks great after they are groomed. Highly recommend.
