When I say I had to find these pictures in another phone. Best job ever done. I moved for a little while, so I was taking my bros to Petco. I am happy to be back in Decatur and will be scheduling all my appointments with Pretty Pawz. My black terrier never let's anyone cut his tail hair, but somehow, she cut him. All I'm saying is dogs know love when they see it. And if you are not sure about the location, it's a safe area for you and your pups.

Booked a 9am appointment, place is dark and locked up, no way to get a hold of owner. I drove 45 mins and will now be late for work. This is a scam.

This is a filthy raggedy place. No one is physically inside the note on door says to email and when you email no one replies. I purchased a Groupon at discount price and I am not able to get a refund. Please beware scam

Great work; bad business etiquette!! I really loved the work that they did with my puppy during my first visit. However, I have been unable to secure any follow-up visits. Last week, I booked an appointment and they canceled stating they were closing early. Since then, I have gotten no response or rebooking nor have I gotten a refund on my deposit.

I came to Pretty Pawz for the 1st time today. I was nervous as my baby gets anxiety about grooming and can be a big pain. Chaneidra did an amazing job though! He looks adorable and his tail was wagging and he was a happy guy.
