Precious Paws Grooming

Do NOT take your fur babies here. My regular groomer was booked, so I gave Precious Paws a try. I even showed up before they opened and clearly told them not to shave my dog’s stomach or butt. They quoted me $60 for the grooming. My 17 year old son picked her up, they told him it was actually going to be $10 more dollars. He didn’t notice at the time how bad she looked, but once I got home from work, I was shocked. My poor pup was shaved unevenly all over, including the areas I specifically said not to touch. She looked horrible. I don’t know how she was treated while she was there, but I do know I will never bring her back. I’m deeply disappointed and upset that I put my dog through this. 1/5 — Only because zero stars isn’t an option.

Hands down This is the place to take your animals for grooming. They seem to always be nice and very REASONABLE!

They did an amazing job 10/10 recommend I was so worried about leaving my boy for his first cut but they did a phenomenal job.

Not timely and worst grooming my dogs ever had. They literally shaved one of our dogs face bald and the other all uneven on his head. It seems like they were crated from the time we dropped them off to the time we picked them up without potty break. Dropped them off around 10am, appointment was for 10:30am and they said they’d be ready in like 3 or 4 which we thought meant hours not afternoon. Showed up at 3:30pm since we still didn’t receive call and thought plenty of time had passed only to find out they hadn’t even started on them. They ended up not being ready until 5:30pm, and by then both dogs had to urgently use restroom and were very thirsty.

The very best groomer ever! I have been going here for my precious pups. Michelle and her team are so talented, professional, & kind!
