i frequently went to this petco when attending Campbell. sadly i left the area after finishing and miss this location greatly. this store is always stocked and has some of the best employees. i adopted my kitten when she was around 5-6 weeks from here in may of 2024 and she has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. also, i would go here to get fish supplies and a lot of items for aquascaping which i still do often.

I have been buying the reptile crickets for over a year now and I used to buy 40 no problem when they were picking the crickets in front of you… Since they’ve started bagging them I’ve had to buy 60 crickets instead and can only feed my chameleon once(about 5 crickets) because all the crickets will be suffocated from the bag by the time I get home. Yall should really go back to how you were doing it and not how it’s being done now. No hate. Just tired of wasting 10$ on yalls crickets

Im giving this facility 1star, not because of poor service, but because I just found out that our favorite groomer, Morgan was let go today. She is the only one that my dog Ava, will let give her a bath, do her nails, and whatever else she does with her. I will not be bringing my dog to this store ever again. The management there, Brittany, has had a problem with Morgan for awhile and has done everything possible to get her fired. I will make sure that I tell all my friends, not to bring them to this store. I guess some people don't value good employees.

Petco is hands-down one of my favorite places to shop for my fur babies! Their inventory is top-tier — whether I’m looking for premium food brands, fun toys, comfy beds, or specialty treats, they always seem to have exactly what I need. The aisles are well-organized, stocked, and easy to navigate, so I never leave wondering if something was overlooked. What really stands out is the checkout experience. The staff are friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Even during busier times, the lines move quickly, and they make sure every purchase is smooth and stress-free. I never dread standing in line — which says a LOT for a store in peak hours!

We were there to meet the kitties available for adoption. The employees were very nice, the store was clean. Loved the farm section where the old tractor is located. Out of the few cats they had remaining we found our new family member, Emmylou..when she's calm. Wild child 90% of the time. 😆
