We love the service we get going to Chika’s! I’m peculiar on where I take my dog, a lot of places use some type of shampoo that makes her smell awful. My dog (aka Bissell) always comes back smelling fresh, happy, and the customer service is top notch!

After my regular groomer up and walked out I was referred here by the manager of Petsense. Shannon is awesome! She groomed my dog better than anyone in the past 3 years. Our second dog is very skittish and she was able to cut his nails no problem and we normally have to take him to our vet. Already rebooked. VERY highly recommend.

With 27 years in my prior career of hospitality, it’s refreshing to see some businesses still know what it is. I am home unexpectedly and decided if I could get my shih tzu groomed I would. So I saw them posted through Google and called and got Donna. Wow, right away she was able to get me fit in. Upon arrival the next day, I was met by Donna and had a pleasant conversation and left our little joy in her hands to come back to a cute and happy little pup. Both Donna and Shannon was a pleasure to speak with and do business with. River, my dog wasn’t nervous or scared or shaking upon my arrival to pick her up and was so calm and happy go lucky. I definitely recommend this business and I will be back. Thank you for helping a trucker out.

Absolutely love this place! Not only is she professional with the grooming, but she also cares about every dog that goes there. Never a negative attitude. Her prices are great & my dogs love going there. Please give her a try, you won't be disappointed.
