Shaun at K9 Shenanigans literally saved our dog's life! We took in a puppy that was almost a year and were immediately challenged with eating everything in the house including the furniture, potty training, and a wild disposition like a Tasmanian Devil. We were overwhelmed and the situation felt helpless, so we went searching for help. We contacted Shaun at K9 Shenanigans and it ended up being the best thing we could have done! He took our puppy for 3 long weeks of intense one on one training and returned him to us a changed dog! Most importantly, he gave us the tools to continue to groom him into loving and obedient addition to our family that we were hoping for! We were not longer overwhelmed, we were empowered, and this beautiful puppy is happy at home where he belongs.

I have had the pleasure to work with K9 Shenanigans to support two foster dogs with a variety of needs, and I truly believe their knowledge and dedication to support these rescue dogs is the reason these dogs have safely been placed with their perfect forever families. One foster participated in the board and train program to address reactivity and his ability to safely relax. After three weeks, our foster came back radiating confidence that we had never seen in him. We have sent 4 different rescue dogs that have ranged from abused and aggressive to neglected and terrified of people. Each of them came out of their two week board and trains a new dog! None of these dogs were cookie cutter dogs and cookie cutter solutions were not going to work - thankful for a dog trainer who doesn't believe in one size fits all dog training and works with the dog in order to come up with the best training solution. 5 stars!!

I hired K9 Shenanigans to help out with some aggression issues I was having with my new puppy. He came out immediately to meet me and Opie (the pup) and was able to offer a couple different options for moving forward. Within our first session, I was already able to see a difference in his behavior by using a few simple things to keep him calm. It’s been a couple months and there has been ZERO aggression from Opie and I feel completely safe around him which is EXACTLY what I was hoping for! I definitely recommend K9 Shenanigans!!
