Much cheaper than my previous Vet and with better service. Dr. Dawkins is great, all the vet techs are wonderful and clearly care about the animals they work with. The whole staff is great and was able to work me in within an hour when I wanted to get my dog in.

My Benji had gotten into an accident, causing the decision to be put to sleep. I had called Prairie Lake in the biggest panic I’d ever been in. Sam answered the phone and said we will get everything ready for you and be ready once you get here. I was very appreciative of how receptive she was. I got there and was in a room asap with my Benji. The other tech was very thorough and helpful, I didn’t get her name at the time. Our vet was phenomenal as well, very professional and told me the truth when I asked for it. Sam made my experience a lot more tolerable. She was there to help me not cry as much and we talked about how Benji loved to play ball. She is excellent at her job as far as I’m concerned, and I’m so grateful for her having been there with me. They got me in as a walk-in due to a no-show. Amazing customer service; the staff were amazing with the little kitten I brought in, and the vet himself was professional. We'll be coming back here for our vetinary needs in the future.

They always take great care of my animals. They take time to listen and explain. One of my dogs was attacked by strays. The vet reassured me and helped set up a plan of care. I absolutely adore them. She shaved my boy down and irrigated his wounds.

This vet clinic was the only one in the area to take our dog in under an emergency, almost 2 years ago. We immediately switched to this vet just because of that and have not been disappointed. The whole staff is always so kind and welcoming. They listen and reassure as well as communicate clearly. The dr is upfront and explains what he is thinking or seeing and I appreciate that. I'm so thankful for this vet!
