Love PetSmart, but every time I go there I seem to come home with another dog! It's dangerous!

My family and I went in and seen a bird we liked. I asked to have a bird scanned to know how much we would be paying final price. The lady upfront whom ended up being the manager said it would be $410 I asked are you sure can you please scan it. Well she said she was sure we decide to buy the bird and it’s a lot more than that we ask that she honor the price she gave us and completely refuse. Called management and she said that she didn’t say that was that price when indeed she did and took her side moral of the store don’t be lazy and do your job because of your laziness a child went home crying

Hypocrite Employees. I (used) shop at petsmart all the time. I just went in to buy a couple betta fish for my two different 1 gallon tanks. I was checking out when I wanted I wanted to ask some questions about other fish. The employee instead of just helping started interrogating me about my fish tank because I was holding 2 betta fish. I told her I wouldn't be putting them in the same tank becausethey are betta fish. She then told me she couldn't sell them to be because my 1 gallon tank wasn't big enough. They literally sell 1 gallon tanks for betta fish in there store for betta fish (See attached). I asked for the manager, and before any words were spoken to me you could tell the manager was going to side with this employee with just how her open attitude was with me. She said i

Listen, I get the best service, here. There is a white haired gentleman who is so so friendly! I was browsing the Betas and he let me know one Beta in particular was about to grow out of his cup entirely and would not survive much longer. I ended up buying him and got a nice discount! Now he has a big tank to chill in. That guy saved Betta's life! His name is Nova!
