City of Clovis Animal Shelter and Animal Control

Lazy will not do thier job when dangerous dogs are biting kids, 5 officers drove passed the dog, speeding thru propertry but they will fly thru your property for weeds in dogpen ridiculous. Supervisior is just as unprofessional as the little control officer with an attitude

Plz don’t adopt here, not had the puppy almost 2 weeks and she died from Parvos, this shelter needs to be shut down for the amount of diseases they have and for them to even charge to adopt a dog is DEAD WRONG

I walked in to volunteer to help walk dogs. I walked out with my own dog. -.- The staff here are extremely caring for the animals. They really can use volunteers and rescues so please help out! They work hard to catch the many abandoned and lost animals in the City of Clovis. Thank you guys!

The animal control in this town is a JOKE. Do not rely on them for anything, including if a dog is dying by being attacked. This morning I woke up to a dog screaming bloody murder so we get up, the dogs are going crazy atp. We look out the windows can’t see anything. So I go into the back yard and my neighbors 3 dogs are fighting (more like trying to kill the other one) I go immediately to call pest control, neighbors aren’t home. First, there thing on google says closed? So obviously I call the police station. They say they will send someone out… 40 minutes. We waited 40 minutes. We were trying everything we could without injuring ourselves to get these dogs to stop. Loud noises, throwing stuff at them, clanging the fence. It was traumatic to witness. Finally after 40 minutes they show up
