I took our dog Bailey here for the first time Feb 12, 2026. I was very impressed with all the staff! The receptionists were very friendly and warm. The vet technician was fantastic! He was kind and professional and took a very thorough history of Bailey and quickly scanned into the computer all of her health records and bloodwork results. She had had a dental cleaning and 9 teeth extractions at another vet's office. The medicine for pain they gave her, at the other vet's office, made her extremely ill so we wanted to change vet offices and get a fresh perspective on Bailey and her health. The veterinarian who examined her was very kind and thorough and spent a lot of time explaining why Bailey got so sick on the pain meds, which eased my mind quite a bit. So thankful for everybody here. I took my dog in recently, her first ever vet visit and everything went so smooth. All the workers and the doctor were extremely kind and helpful, I felt confident taking my dog home after our visit here because she was in such great hands. I also really appreciate how they took their time on my dog to figure out what was wrong rather than going too fast and giving me wrong information, they called me before they were about to see her and told me shes doing great and wrapped up in a warm blanket and it made me smile so much and calmed my nerves knowing how content she was there. I also am incredibly grateful with how reasonable the prices are, going in I was scared I wouldn't be able to afford it because I've seen from other locations that prices can be real

Prairie Animal Hospital is amazing. Can't thank them enough for what they did for our chocolate lab (Buddy). They are very caring and loving towards the animals and the parents.

Prairie Animal hospital has a great team. Everyone is compassionate and very capable. All of our animals have received excellent care there. When we had to put two of our old dogs down they made it the best experience as you could have. I will continue to have them as our go to place for all our animal medical needs.

They are the friendliest and most professional animal hospital around. They will treat you and your animals with the dignity you deserve.
