Winston & Bay Co. Petite Paws Resort

I have a 9 month shih tzu pup who I wanted to socialize with other small dogs. I came across Winston Bay online when searching for daycares and I’m so happy I did! Jade the owner is absolutely wonderful and has such passion for her job. She loves the pups like her own and I love the fact she does enrichment with them. She has sent updates throughout the day and I’ve always appreciated those especially being a new nervous pup parent. The facility is very clean and has many different offerings for wellness for ur pup. My pup always rushes out of the car once she sees where we are to go play and I know she is in great hands and will have a great time. So happy I came across this place! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Winston & Bay!! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease knowing my pups would be well cared for. The facilities are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed so the dogs have plenty of room to play, rest, and feel comfortable. Their kennels have red light therapy and clear doors so you can see! I love the fact it’s for smaller dogs!! What truly sets this place apart is attentiveness of the owner. Owner Jade is absolutely fantastic—warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. She goes above and beyond to make sure both the dogs and their humans feel at ease. Winston & Bay was the BEST experience from start to finish. Jade accomodated drop-off and pick-up times that were outside of normal hours, was calm and caring for our older terrier-mix dog, sent daily pictures and responded quickly to text messages. I HIGHLY recommend them to lovingly care for your little pup! They understand small dogs and are all set up to provide a safe and loving environment for dogs. Jade even gave our Lola a complimentary bath (one week stay) and washed her favorite blanket so everything was sparkling clean at pick-up. We will definitely be using their services again!

Truly the best and only place I would trust for my pup's play days! Jade has the most caring, biggest heart and spoils the dogs with love, activities, and her full attention. Our dog recognizes the route to Winston & Bay Co. from miles away, and full-body wags tell us how excited she is to see Jade and her little squad of friends. She always comes home from doggie daycare exhausted and happy. We could not ask for a better small dog retreat. 😍 There aren't enough stars to recommend!

I've taken my little guy Speedy there 3 times so far. He seems to love it. Jade is a wonderful person and he seems so relaxed there. She shared this pic of him. Just look at that sweet smile. Edit to add: Jade does fun things with the pups when they are there for holidays. I have a 4th of July picture and a Halloween costume picture. I take him every other week so he can hang with his buddies.
