I recently visited the Pet Supplies Plus store located at 3115 N Government Way, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815.  From the moment we walked in for shampoo, flea treatment, and a self-serve indoor dog wash session ($20 for our miniature Schnauzer) prior to a long 2,000-mile drive, we were impressed. What we liked: – The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us select just the right dog shampoo and flea treatment products. – The dog-wash station was a real highlight. Having an indoor, self-serve wash bay made it easy to clean our pup thoroughly before the long trip — no mess at home, and she came out fresh and happy. – The store’s layout is clean and well-stocked. The shampoo, flea-treatment, and grooming supplies aisles had multiple options, so we felt we had choices without feelin

Just found this place last night through a paper add. Found that they sell my dog's food for cheaper and have a member's rewards program. Still waiting to receive the email confirmation for signing up so that I can actually use that part. But the gals in the store where very kind and told us how to get the points for last night once the email does come through.

I had an amazing experience at this place! I came in to do a self serve dog wash with my Everest who I’m teaching to not be so fearful of people. The girl who first helped me set up an account and get into the wash was super patient and helpful in setting me up with everything. I had a great experience with my dog and the tubs/room were very clean. After we finished up we came out to the store where she was pretty fearful of the customers/employees. Phoenix sat with us and gave me really great information with teaching her and i really appreciate the time she spent sitting on the floor with me and my pup! This was my first time visiting and I’ll be back :)

The service was amazing! The employees are so nice and helpful, they showed us the deals happening that day and gave my puppy a treat, I couldn’t be more satisfied!
