Practical Pet Care

For the last 6 or 7 years my dogs have been going to Practical Pet Care. When I have to be out of town, they are boarded there, plus, they go at least 3 times a week for doggie day camp. My dogs LOVE going there. As soon as the door to the car is opened, they are ready to jump out. All day long they play outside on the play equipment with their buddies, watch the farm animals, and get to be just fun loving dogs. I never worry about them when they are in Ryan's care. She has extensive experience with dogs and is wonderful with them. I won't take my dogs anywhere else. If you want you dog to get to play outside just being a dog, this place would be great for you. It's easier to contact Ryan by text message. When she's out with the dogs, she doesn't answer her phone.

We were scheduled to go on 2 back to back trips, for a total of 15 days. On the Friday we were supposed to leave she showed up the pick up the dog and after about 20 minutes called and said they would not take our dog. It was his first time riding in a car in a crate, and there were other dogs in other crates, so he was very excited to play. Now, unable to find a kennel on short notice on a holiday weekend, my family will be going to a lake house for 4 days, while I stay home to take care of our dog. AWFUL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

We have used this service for several years. Our dog is always well cared for. Excellent service.
