I adopted a new golden retriever puppy around Christmas time and brought him in to get just his basic shots so I could get him into the groomer that my other dog sees. I originally booked an appointment online, but was called less than 24 hours before the appointment to say that I wouldn’t be able to stay with my pup during his first exam , because of a scheduling issue, which was a little aggravating, but I looked past it. Once I got checked into drop him off, the vet tech came out to ask if I had any concerns, and this is where my experience started to go downhill. She asked what I wanted to do today and I explained I just wanted his basic boosters and flea treatment. Archie has been seeing the wonderful vets and staff at this location since I first brought him home at 8 weeks. He started on the puppy plan and now at 19months old he has graduated to the big boy plan. The staff is timely, courteous, thorough and really good at keeping me up to date on next appointments. I highly recommend!

Everyone at the Loganville Banfield is amazing! They have wonderful bedside manner, are patient (my boys are super hyperactive), extremely attentive and loving towards my towards my boys. I’d recommend this location over any other Banfield location!

As an older dog mom, I am super cautious of where I take my Sasha (14 year old Lab/Pit Mix). We moved to the area in August, and I went to Buford Banfield- but felt like a number. Dr Mindy called me with my fur baby’s findings and a recommended pain treatment plan. She didn’t rush the conversation, she answered all my questions, and honestly made me feel like Sasha was truly being cared for. I am so grateful for the Dr’s advice and recommendations and look forward to using Bethlehem Banfield for many more years. Thanks for taking your time with my sweet girl! This location was always a little closer than the Loganville one and I chose to bring my baby Nipsey to them because I wanted a second set of eyes and hands to fix the illness he was going through. I thought my baby would not make it and they were warm friendly and actually showed they cared. They treated him very well and made sure he had the fluids and medication needed for two days straight. Thank you for the amount of care you took in taking care of him and getting him healed.
