I have pretty much always been happy with the grooming of my Yorkie. This last time was awful. She came out looking like a stray... also I payed extra for the nail grinding. To my surprise they hadn't even been touched. Also breath didn't smell clean. On top of that when we left and got home she drank water like she hadn't had any in days...
Staff was Hella rude. Not coming back to deal with these people.
You actually have the audacity to ban me from making an appointment because you gave my dog a horrible haircut and put a bunch of lies in my dogs profile to justify the blocking? Bad decision. This doesn't end here by any means.
Efrain is the best at grooming! He did a wonderful job on my two doodles.
We haven't had a good experience the last two times. But they were willing to cut the price in half.
