We took our 4 month cocker spaniel puppy to be groomed with Joselyn K., I asked to cut his hair to look like a cocker spaniel because how long his hair was to make him like his breed, told them especially the face needs to be cleaned,Just dont cut the ears, the rest of the body just do what it needs to be done. when we got him barely done anything, face still long one side is longer then the other, tip of the tail its long, made him a round face,that looks nothing like a cocker spaniel. Really disappointed wont go there anymore.

I had a lovely time at this petsmart. The associate that helped me, Judy, was extremely nice and even put my mice in two boxes for my long drive home! Extremely helpful, would come again.

Horrible experience with McKenzie in the In the grooming side. McKenzie had a very poor attitude from the start and made me feel uncomfortable leaving my Dog with her. The tone, lack of professionalism, and dismissive behavior felt discriminatory, as if I was being treated differently. Customer service should be respectful and fair to everyone, but this experience was the complete opposite. I was left off with a denied service at the end. I would not recommend this place unless they address how their staff treats customers. Waste of time an energy dealing with the disrespect

Well, I guess a Petsmart is a PetSmart and this one was no different. Everything was well stocked. We were buying dog food and dog treats and a dog toy and everything was there. Good service we made a small donation to their charity fund which we always do all good

Had a great experience with Crystal grooming our dog! She was very loving and thorough. Update... Crystal is still Amazing!! The service and care we receive here starts at the front door and carries through the time we leave. Update: there is no update. This PetSmart they're grooming staff their front end everyone is still super helpful and super nice just as they've always been cannot recommend highly any more than I already have. If I could give them more stars I would.
